Join LifeArt Studio to explore five psycho-technologies that are proven to enhance clarity, mindfulness and insight. In each session of this five-week series, we’ll explore one of these practices and learn how it can transform our nervous system, physiology and our entrenched thought patterns.

Session 1: Why Meditate?Wednesday, April 13th Learn about the importance of using a psycho-technology in establishing an intention practice, and how “flow state” affects the quality of our living and creating. Begin to explore guided meditation and breath work (pranayama). Facilitator: Lezlie Laws.

Session 2: Heart-Brain Coherence and Brain EntrainmentWednesday, April 20th Discover and explore heart-brain coherence technology (Em-Wave) and brain entrainment techniques (Holosync). Facilitator: Lezlie Laws.

Session 4: Progressive RelaxationWednesday, May 4th Discover techniques for releasing tension in the body using progressive relaxation via bio-feedback, led by a certfied and highly experienced scientific relaxation specialist. Facilitator: Marylou Gantner.

Session 5: Emotional Freedom Technique Wednesday, May 11th Explore the use of pressure point techniques, also known as “tapping,” with a licensed counselor who specializes in the use of Emotional Freedom Technique. Facilitator: Heidi Behr.

I am a HUGE FAN of Lezlie Laws’ classes, workshops, events…. She is an amazing teacher.  She thoroughly researches everything she teaches and she lives her teachings.  She is super knowledgable, authentic, caring and she is also fun loving and funny. She is a learned and wise bio-feedback and relaxation specialist.  You will really enjoy being in her presence as well.
