Hello! I wanted to let you all know I am headed to Nicaragua to teach a one week retreat starting on April 4! The retreat has been coming into focus for a long time and it is almost here!! I am very excited! I love teaching psychological and spiritual well-being principles and helping them come alive for others. I love helping people reconnect to their Truth, that they are lovable and love-able. It’s exciting to see people feel peace, love, and joy! I love my job– and taking the work to Nicaragua is a huge treat!!

I fell in love with this easy tool for positive change in 2007. It was May 2007, but emotionally I felt like it was 1995. I was grieving. You see, back in 1995, my childhood best friend, Susan, died when we were both only 30 years old.
